Order Confirmation & Processing
Once you place an order with Ruxfy, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. After processing (within 1–3 business days), a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent so you can easily monitor your shipment.
All orders are shipped using the fastest available service and may be delivered by your local post office or courier for final delivery.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your package’s journey.

Tracking updates may take time to appear at certain checkpoints — we appreciate your patience while your order makes its way to you.
Order Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.

If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.

If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can return the item once it arrives (see our Returns & Refunds Policy).

Your order will ship from the nearest available warehouse based on stock and location — ensuring your package reaches you as quickly as possible.
Multiple Packages
Sometimes, your order may arrive in multiple packages to speed up delivery. Don’t worry if items arrive separately — the rest will be on their way soon!
If any item does not arrive, please contact us and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement promptly.
Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
At Ruxfy, we’re committed to ensuring every order reaches our customers safely.
If there’s a shipping delay, please contact us first before filing a chargeback with your bank.
Filing a chargeback can freeze the resolution process and cause unnecessary delays.
If your order exceeds the expected delivery time, we’ll gladly provide a refund or suitable solution.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Orders
Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, Ruxfy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

Contact your local post office or courier (sometimes packages are held for pickup).
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders confirmed as delivered. For further help, please contact the courier directly.
